We welcome you to this event but remind you that rules of conduct, determined by us, your hosts, will be enforced. There will be a photographer present at this event taking photos for future promotional purposes: social media, newsletters, website, annual reports. Any behaviour that, in the opinion of, and at sole discretion of, the hosts, is undesirable, unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise unwelcome, will result in denial of access to, or, termination of your access to this event; your immediate removal by security and law enforcement, and, prosecution under the BC Trespass Act and Criminal Code of Canada. Further, you agree to comply with requests from the hosts, security, and law enforcement, to cooperate with them in such things as physical and visual inspections of your bags and person, satisfactorily proving your identity to our satisfaction, temporarily relinquishing control of personal items in your possession deemed by us to be inappropriate for inside this venue, etc., etc. We also reserve the right to seek remedy in civil court for losses or damages caused by your behaviour.
